 Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center offers a number of indoor and outdoor places for you and your family, friends or coworkers to meet or retreat. Benches positioned throughout our campus allow you to take in the beauty of our surroundings.
Mount Olivet’s screened Gazebo is a perfect place to enjoy the sights, sounds, scents and breezes of our beautiful campus without the company of the critters and creatures that make the woods and prairie their home. The Gazebo is close to our wonderful rainwater garden and within view of Ruth Youngdahl Lodge – but far enough away for you to enjoy privacy and solitude!
 Just a ten-minute walk through the woods, our outdoor chapel provides a peaceful, airy place for you to meet, meditate or worship in a natural cathedral of trees with only the forest for walls and wooden benches for seating.
Mount Olivet has two outdoor fire pits for you and your group to enjoy. Whether you want an inspirational place to talk, roast marshmallows or sing songs around the campfire, our staff will keep you stoked with firewood. The natural surroundings will supply you with a unique background chorus and perhaps a canopy of moonlight and stars.
